What is The Story School Camp?
The Story School presents Camp FABLE and Camp Grimoire, two magical eduLARP camps nestled in the woods of Charlton, MA. These immersive camps combine interactive storytelling, live-action quests, and a touch of nerdy fun for an unforgettable experience. Our team of educators, counselors, game designers, and actors bring legendary tales to life, keeping campers spellbound from sunrise to s’mores.
Who is the Story School for?
The Story School is for children 8-17 years olds. A one-week first time overnight camper program, two-week all ages program, one week teen program, and all summer CiT program allow us to serve ages 8 - 17. We proudly serve neurodiverse, LGBTQ+, and “nerdy” campers from all backgrounds. As a nonprofit, we offer scholarships to ensure every hero can join the fun

Camp runs between $1400 - $3600 depending on the length of stay and the type of camp. Scholarships are available.
Camp Fable
FABLE overnight camp combines LARP with STEAM education to give children ages 8 – 17 the opportunity to become heroes in their own stories. Camper-heroes complete STEAM lessons to level up their magical abilities, which they use to battle monsters and save the day.
Camp Grimoire
Grimoire Overnight Camp takes our LARP with STEM education camp model and "levels it up" for Teens. Older camper-heroes face monsters that are more fierce, STEM puzzles that are more complex, and challenges that are more cerebral. Can they save the world in a week?
